No to use PS2 memory cards only.
And probably not. The PS2 probably wouldnt be able to see, or read a USB card. and is based on a memory card for saving the base. You can buy a hard drive for the PS2, if you have an older model, but I'm not really sure what eps2 or use the online hard drive for different applications.
